By accessing or using BadgeMonster, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Use of the Platform
You agree to use BadgeMonster only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or its services.
4. Subscription and Fair Use Policy
Subscription Access
Badge Monster operates on a subscription basis. By subscribing, users obtain access to the platform's features including goals, AI-generated roadmaps, quizzes, sprints, and progress analytics. No additional charges apply for individual feature use unless expressly stated. Your active subscription entitles you to all improvements and new features released during your term.
Fair Usage Limits
- Each account may maintain up to 100 active goals at a time.
- This limit exists to prevent misuse and ensure quality for all users.
- Need more? Contact team@getbadgemonster.com — decisions are made at our reasonable discretion.
- There are no hidden fees or forced upsells for goal, sprint, roadmap, or quiz creation.
Automated Use and Abuse
Automating goal creation, using scripts/bots, or attempting to circumvent service limitations is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination without refund.
Changes to Usage Limits
Badge Monster reserves the right to adjust usage thresholds with at least 30 days' notice for substantive reductions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on BadgeMonster — including quizzes, designs, logos, and code — is the intellectual property of BadgeMonster. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any material without permission.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to other users or BadgeMonster.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty
BadgeMonster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or accuracy of learning results.
8. Limitation of Liability
BadgeMonster will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of BadgeMonster after changes means you accept the new terms.
